REVIEW: Johnson's® Even Complexion Facial Wash

Hi Everyone

Here's another review for all cosmetics lovers out there.

I'm all about cleansers lately and I'm using up my stocks like crazy. I try as much as I can to cleanse my face at least twice a day and for this purpose, I use gentle cleansers that are not drying for the face but that still removes the remnants of my makeup and excess sebum for the day. I have combination skin, that is an oily T zone and cheeks, and dry patches on my chin area. So, choosing a good product that would be the best fit fro my skin was essential as it tends to get irritated a lot.

REVIEW: Innisfree Water Glow Cushion SPF 50+ PA++ in No. 21

Hi Beauty Lovers!

I've been reviewing new products quite a lot lately and because of that I left aside a few others that I've had for quite a while now and the  Innisfree Water Glow Cushion SPF 50+ PA++ is among them. As you might already be aware of Koreans are all over cushions. Even guys there have their own cushions (how crazy!I wonder what's the difference with the female version though). So, I've been wanting to review that cushion when I started my blog but my zeal to review newly purchased products kept me delaying with that Cushion. But now that people are asking all over the net, "what do you think of Innisfree's cushion???", this gave me the motivation again.

ETUDE HOUSE HAUL!!!!

Today it's Annyeong Everyone!!!

After a quite a long time, I've had a delivery straight from Seoul, South Korea. Because of the MERS epidemic , I've restrained myself from importing stuffs from there 'cause of the trouble customs here might pose. Yeah, I personally emailed reps from different companies and they informed that despite all the precautions they might be taking with their manufacturing processes, they could not guarantee the customs in my country would allow the products here. So, I chose to abstain from buying straight from Korea to avoid bureaucratic hassles, but since there was THEFACESHOP, I could bear it all. Enough with my endless lamentations, today is a great day for me, hehe.

What really pushed me to shop, was actually the promotions Etude House was offering on its website. It was offering free discovery kits, lower prices for its best-selling and new products. Most importantly, they were offering free shipping for purchases above $50. Yayy

Sorry for the crappy photo quality

REVIEW: THEFACESHOP Air Cotton Makeup Base SPF 30 PA++ in 01 Mint

Hello Cosmetics Lovers!!!

This time, I'm gonna review a makeup primer.

It's another first for me. It's true I've reviewed other products that could act as a primer as a secondary use, like the cushions, powder, creams, but never a product whose sole use was a primer. It is a product which already made a guest appearance in one my previous posts (See HOLIDAYS SERIES: Hitting the Beach-What's in my makeup pouch?).

REVIEW: Baroness Aloe Vera Mask Sheet

Hi Everyone!

I'm catching up on all the reviews I've left out this month, so bear with my posts for the time being.

So this is the weirdest thing I've done when it comes to buying skincare products. Usually, I would buy them in flagship stores where I'm sure things are branded and safe and everything. This time I tried being a bit daring.

REVIEW: THEFACESHOP Pore Minimizer Controlling Cream

Hello Cosmetics lovers!

Here's another review of a product I've purchased in Mauritius. If you have been following me, you can already guess it's a THEFACESHOP product (yeah the only Korean cosmetics store around).

They have shipped lots of new products from South Korea to here, to my greatest delight. Among those was the Pore Minimizer Controlling Cream which was part of its new Pore Treatment Line. It was bought for Rs 475, roughly $14 (not that bad).

REVIEW: Innisfree Eco Brow Pencil in No.1 Grey

Hi Everyone!

What's up?

Time to get back to some serious reviewing. I've been slacking off a bit lately. Sorry. Returning from vacation, Resuming work and studies right away has been really tough (I'm such a lazy bone). Well, During that time, I've seized the opportunity to do some shopping for the sake of reviewing. Lavish spending on cosmetics does so much good to my mental health, but not to my wallet, unfortunately.

In my everlasting search of the perfect brow product, I've come across the Innisfree Eco Brow Pencil, which I purchased on www.innisfreeworld.com for $4 quite a while back. It is a really popular product in South Korea and is used by famous make-up artists.
